Yoo~! Just back from taekwondo. Just now i got so red and sweaty got like berserker mode. I one person need fight 2 person. Before tat still fight with black belt. then i siao liao got a ball fly here. then I gum angry go hit the ball fly to long kang the big big long kang all cannot take the ball liao. Then i tell coach say i go take he say:next time relax,bu yao chong dong then he say take ur belt off then go i faster throw my belt very angry chiong and just dun care then jump down the longkang Saw 2 ball in LongKang.kick the first ball then throw up the second ball then try to climb up.first try cannot second try climb tat time hand very pain. then leg bleeding. Lols.come up liao coach massage then call me meditate. then relax.then my body from hot hot red red siao siao become normal. Before tat like fever like tat siol. Before tkd i go gym. bingxun nazhar shermann and me go. darrell and yujing bo go we chiong the bench press i do 20kg. then bing xun and nazhar do 10 kg the thing gum gay siol then i try 25kg do 8 le almost drop the whole barbell then faster hook back.

Y0ss,back to posting again! Cause XiaoHui de blog got the typing thing Lols.then i go try then wan post in blog. She keep video call me.haha then keep on music so noisy She cute la,keep say neverMWOIND haha.0k la.nth much to post. i just join the wushu ndp then taekwondo comeptition postpone to september. Must chiong liao. haha.Xiao Hui now complaining i always pang seh her haha.last time she call me out i always say ok then in the end bo go. i keep dao her:D
